Day 1

Oh goodness! Day 1 was rough :) I have a menu plan all set out for this weeks meals.

Last night, I did my day 1 Les Mills Combat 30. It kicked my butt, but omg it was so much fun!!

Les Mills Combat Warrior Kickstart!!

Tomorrow is the start of my Les Mills Combat Challenge!! It's a 9 week program. I will finish it March 9th, 2015.

GOALS:
Lose weight
Tone up
Eat healthier

I will not be posting my before or after pictures on here. I feel like I need to keep those private. However, I will do my best to post a few random pictures through-out my workout process, such as, those below this post. :) Here is my work out schedule...


On top of working out, I want to start eating healthier. This is where MFP (Myfitnesspal.com) comes in. I will do my best to count my calories, if not count, keep track of what I am eating. I will also be posting some of the recipes I choose to make via skinnytaste.com

Here goes nothing! The challenge starts tomorrow. The new me starts tomorrow. I am ready!
